SpaCapsule® Installation Delivery Service starts when our service team representative assesses your individualized logistical needs.
- We will inquire about your facility, elevators, stairs, tight corners, doorways, etc.
- We will coordinate suitable date and time for your accommodating delivery.
- With our pleasure we will assist you in every way so that you’ll be in control of every aspect of your delivery process.
- We will execute your instructions to the best of our ability.
Typically, on the day of your SpaCapsule® delivery our installer will meet the delivery truck at your location. We will uncrate your SpaCapsule® and will make arrangements for removal of crating material. We will bring-in the SpaCapsule® to your designated location. After a brief set-up, we will be ready to train you and/or your staff on how to operate your brand new SpaCapsule®. Please be assured that we will spend as much time as you will require to feel comfortable in using the SpaCapsule®. We explain all of the wonderful features of your SpaCapsule®. We will be very patient in answering any questions you may have.
